Start by carrying out an initial treatment (a pod) and evaluate your result. If you are looking for even whiter results, perform another treatment no earlier than 24 hours after the first. Sprinkle on the remaining pods and use as needed, such as within a few days or later as you deem necessary.

Use:

  • Start the treatment in the evening by first brushing your teeth for at least 2 minutes.
  • Then thread the mouthpiece onto the LED unit.
  • Take a pod and twist off the cap (each pod contains enough gel for a full treatment).
  • Apply half of the gel to the upper part of the mouth guard and the other half to the lower part.
  • Turn on the LED device by pressing the button and place the mouthpiece in your mouth (leave it on until the device turns off automatically after 10 minutes).
  • Finish the treatment by rinsing the mouth with water and spitting it out.
  • Device maintenance: Always separate the LED device from the mouthpiece before cleaning it with water.
